A FEW HELPFUL HINTS
- Try to arrive early to find parking and allow yourself enough time to get into the building and be ready to work.
- Eat a good meal and stay hydrated during your shift.
- Be sure to wear comfortable shoes.
- Don't start your RF gun until after the start-up meeting has finished. This will help to decrease any gap time in your performance.
- When you are with your trainer, ask questions and stay engaged. If you are comfortable with your tasks it will be easier for you to succeed.
- If there is a problem or a concern with anything, please reach out to your Talent Advisor ASAP.

ATTENDANCE POINTS
Attendance Is mandatory for this position. You are expected to show up on time and stay for the full shift every day that you are scheduled. You will be held accountable and your attendance will be managed by a point system.
*Call Out = 2 points
*Early Departure = 1 point
*Lateness = 1 point
*No Call / No Show = 12 points
Corrective Action warnings will begin being Issued at 6 points. If 12 points are accumulated within 3 months, your assignment may be terminated.
CALL OUT PROCEDURE
If you are going to be absent for any reason, you must inform your Talent Advisor (in office, phone call, or text) as soon as possible to prevent a no-call no-show.
"Hi my name is (Kelly Employee), and I work at the (PDC/MDC) on (shift) and I am calling out today (date) for (reason)."

Failure to follow the dress code will result In you being sent home without pay.

PAY DETAILS
You will be paid on Friday of each week for the hours worked during
the previous week. (Monday - Sunday)

Direct deposit is recommended. If you choose not to sign up for direct deposit, you will be issued a Wisley Pay card.
Please be aware that your 1st payment could possibly be a check that Is mailed on pay day and arrives a few days later.

TIME OFF REQUESTS
If you have an upcoming appointment, vacation, or need time off for any other reason please contact your Talent Advisor as soon as possible. They will direct you to complete a time off request form and If It Is approved by Sephora management the absence will. be excused and there will be no points Issued.
TIMEKEEPING
You will be issued a badge on your first day of work. You must use your badge every day to punch In and out.
The clock must turn GREEN for It to correctly keep your time. Make sure the barcode Is facing the correct way. If the clock turns red (other than the 1st day) does not change colors, or is not working, please inform both your Talent Advisor and your supervisor as soon as possible as this may affect your pay.

JOB DSCRIPTION
The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Associate is to safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away and ship product per established production rates using specified processes and procedures. Associate will be cross-trained to work in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping and put-away assignments based on business and operational needs.
Essential Functions of Job:
- Receive and stock product, and pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders to both retail stores and on-line customers following established company and industry standard operating procedures.
- Follow all Company, state and OSHA safety rules, policies and regulations to ensure safe working practices, including proper work attire report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.
- Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures, including proper work attire.
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule and adhere to the requirement of working any designated shift and overtime as requested per business and operational needs.
- Pro-actively respond to direction from leadership team, including Shift Coordinators, management staff and other departmental personnel.
- Provide high quality internal and external customer service per company standards.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience using menu driven applications.
- Familiarity of warehouse layout or the ability to learn layout.
- Ability to operate RF terminals to successfully receive, pick and replenish product in the warehouse.
- Ability to pack product using preferred methods.
- Basic math skills and demonstrate an ability to match numbers.
- Ability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away and shipping processes.
- Ability to understand other functions of the business as they apply to position.
- Ability to work closely and effectively with others in a way that promotes teamwork.
- Possess a positive and enthusiastic demeanor

Working Conditions:
- Moderate but varying temperature and humidity in office and warehouse environments.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift and /or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
